Description
Zheng Gu Shui is a traditional Chinese sports liniment for use externally on muscular aches and pains, injured tendons and joint pain. Zheng Gu Shui translates to “Bone Healing Water” and in traditional Chinese medicine is used to improve circulation, reduce muscle cramps, relieve muscular soreness and stiffness and helps relieve symptoms of mild arthritis. A favourite of martial artists and athletes, this liniment can be used for tendonitis, sprains, and strains.
According to traditional Chinese Medicine, the herbs contained in this formulation help to open the channels and collaterals to relieve Qi and Blood stagnation, which helps to address pain and swelling.
Directions for Use:
We suggest piercing the inner seal (rather than peeling it off) and then gently massage a small amount of Zheng Gu Shui to the affected area. It can be reapplied 3 to 4 times daily as needed. For external use only. Not suitable for use on damaged or broken skin.
